How in the world can a jury find that girl not guilty...how in the world can 12 juror's agree to that...I am dumbfounded. So disappointed in that jury. Boy what kind of life is that girl going to have. All of america know's she is a killer. So sad for a 2 year old Caylee who is in the arm's of Jesus. She never had a chance on this earth being in that family. Man how can those people sleep at nite, knowing all the lies they have spoken. That my friends is what disfunctional looks like. Rest in little girl. America love's you.

This is the chicken I am making for my son'e dinner tommorrow I will let you know how it tastes... hope it is good...

Julie's Oven Baked "Fried" Chicken:

2 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons curry powder
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 teaspoons salt, divided
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

12 chicken pieces (breasts, thighs, and drumsticks) with skin and bones

1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne

In a large casserole dish, whisk together the buttermilk, oil, curry, mustard, garlic, 2 teaspoons salt, and pepper to blend well. Add the chicken and turn to coat. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or up to 1 day, turning occasionally.

Place racks on 2 large rimmed baking sheets and spray the racks with nonstick spray. In a large baking dish, whisk the Panko, cheese, flour, thyme, paprika, cayenne, and 1 teaspoon salt. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Add the chicken to the breadcrumb mixture and turn to coat completely. Arrange the chicken, skin side up, on the racks on the baking sheets. Let stand 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 425F degrees and place oven racks in the upper and lower thirds of the oven. Bake the chicken until crisp, golden, and cooked through, about 50 minutes, switching positions of the trays halfway through. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Hope everyone had a great day. My first day back to work went pretty good. No big surprises. I am makeing dinner for my 26 year old Friday. He is my baby and he just got married in Aug. Will be looking forward to gran babies when the Lord see's fit to bless us. Can't imagine what that will be like. Watching me some little rascal's on TCM this week..I grew up watching them and I love them. So cute and funny. Boy have we changed as a society. Wish we could go back to that innocense. Well it is back to work tommorrow for little oh me. I have had 2 long weeks off and even tho it was busy I enjoyed it. I like me job as a lunch lady but after 12 years I like the time off better. Had fun today playing with my new cuttlebug embossing machine and I made my son Danny a birthday card. My hubby was impressed. I was too it saved me 4$...it was a big card. Ok gotta go watch biggest loser...bye

I'm back....

Just when you thought you would never hear from me again..well I am back...don't ask me why...just am. I have started to make cards and well can I just say I have lost my mind. I can't stop...got my cuttlebug machine and now I have to really get going if I am goin to make and money at this hobby. Just kidding I am just doing it for fun. I love it. I gave a few people some all occasion cards for christmas and I enjoyed doing that. I love to do all kinds of crafts. I love to dry flowers and make arrangments. Good granny...It has been ages since my last post. I am a terrible blogger...actually since I found facebook I have been a terrible blogger, but I still read blog's. I guess I am a nosey person and have to get involved in a sneaky way in peoples lives. LOL Had a good Christmas and now I am ready for spring. Had some snow storms and it was lovely now is it ready for some flowers... but I guess I am pushing it. Hope everyone is good. I will try and not wait so long for a post

And so it tis the season and it feels like snow out side....burrr I'm not sure I am ready for snow just yet...but I am getting there. Hope you all are haveing a great autumn...I love Fall, the tree colors are beautiful. Not much more to say just dropping by to say hi and will write more when something exciting happens like winning the lottery....I'm goin to win ya know....

The Word of God say's "beer is brawling and strong drink (whiskey) is raging"..I remember watching my mom drink beer and she was almost all the time just happy and mellow if she stuck to beer...but..if she drank whiskey well let's just say the evening would usually go to hell in a hand basket real quick like. On more then a one occasion I saw her completely demolish our apt. and then have to clean it up in the morning. Yes my relationship with alcohol started early. She would take me to the tavern with her when I was 12 years old and I didn't mind it so much cause the old men would give me quarter's all nite and all the grape soda I could drink. Boy am I glad they don't let you take your kids to the bar anymore. She meant well. She was following the generational curse of alcoholism that ran deep in her family line.
I saw alcohol destroy the marriage's in her brother's lives and her life. I saw it destroy my niece's life when she got in the car with a drunk and she never made it home. Altho she made it to her heavenly home. I saw alcohol put my son in jail for 30 days and then probation for 5 years with 10 years of prison hanging over his head if he messed up. I saw alcohol put a gun to my sister's head when her husband was wasted and then it ruined the rest of his life cause he lost his marriage to her and never forgave himself for it.
Yes it can seduce you into thinking it is fun..the Word say's "Sin is fun for a season" but then it is going to rear it's ugly head one day and bite you in the...you know where. It will destroy your health and all your relationship's, because it is a counterfeit to the real thing. What I mean by that is God want's us to have fun...you haven't had real fun untill you have lay ed on the floor with such uncontrolable laughter because of the Spirit of God is all over ya. Well I have experienced that and let me tell you there is no comparing the two. The Word say's " don't be drunk with wine, but be filled with the Spirit". Does God not want us to have fun? No that is not the case...He just know's it is a counterfeit and satan uses it to suck you in and then destroy you. So I will continue to fight the good fight on behalf of my family and that generational curse. I love my family and I am not going to sit idly by and let satan have them without a fight. I know the truth ..he is defeated and we have the victory. Faith is the Victory.

Fall

Ah the beautiful colors of Fall....LOve it and the cool air and the smells...but I hate the cold of winter, but one good thing of winter...it makes you love to see spring and summer. Yes I love the four season's/ I could never live where there are only 2 season's. I lived in Alaska for 6 months and felt like I was on a differant planet. some people loved it ,but not me. Looking forward to the rapture of the church...Ha bet I just lost some of ya. That's ok..but it is not ok if you miss the rapture..won't be a pretty picture after the church is gone. You want to be sure you are in the first load that goes up. Ok that is enough...hope you all are having a great weekend it is a three dayer for me...Yippee

work.....yuck

today was a trying day. I go thru times of testing and boy was today ever a test...and so far i have held my peace and with the Lords help I shall continue to do so. Other then that I am getting broke in again. Usually takes a couple of weeks, but this summer I exercised all summer and I really felt the differance. I am looking forward to next summer...LOL

Im still here

I have been missing in action because of facebook...it is addicting. I have met up with some old friends and family and it is really a great tool to keep in touch. I am goin back to work. some body has to feed those kids, guess it will be me. I have missed yall and reading your blogs but it has been a busy summer. I still check on ya in awhile and hope every one is doin ok. Take care look me up on facebook i will be there. Adios

hey ya'll

I have had an interesting week off from work. My sis Nell has taken ill. It seems her heart is giving out. She spent a week in the hospital in Boise and they did all kinds of tests. They were not very encouraging. They put her on meds and sent her home and we are waiting to see if they can or will do surgery. Please pray for her. I got her a blood pressure cuff and I was sitting there watching a movie with her and decided to take my blood pressure and I was confident cause my pressure has always been low. I was shocked to see it was 145 over 79 and I was sure the thing was broke so i got all rild up and took it again and it was 156 this time cause Iwas al excited. So I took nells and hers was low as useual and I knoew then the 20 extra punds I have been carrying around needs to come off. So you are looking at a girl who is on a diet or lifestyle change and I am hungry right now. But I am determined to get healthy. I sure hope every bodys summer is starting off better then mine. Love ya
