hey ya'll

I have had an interesting week off from work. My sis Nell has taken ill. It seems her heart is giving out. She spent a week in the hospital in Boise and they did all kinds of tests. They were not very encouraging. They put her on meds and sent her home and we are waiting to see if they can or will do surgery. Please pray for her. I got her a blood pressure cuff and I was sitting there watching a movie with her and decided to take my blood pressure and I was confident cause my pressure has always been low. I was shocked to see it was 145 over 79 and I was sure the thing was broke so i got all rild up and took it again and it was 156 this time cause Iwas al excited. So I took nells and hers was low as useual and I knoew then the 20 extra punds I have been carrying around needs to come off. So you are looking at a girl who is on a diet or lifestyle change and I am hungry right now. But I am determined to get healthy. I sure hope every bodys summer is starting off better then mine.
